Brothers & Sisters,
I'm a musician, happily married to West Philadelphia.
I believe firmly in the power of each of us, this force exponentially increasing
with each meeting of our minds.
Music has always been my greatest love, and nothing brings me greater joy then performing for my friends and strangers, nothing brings me deeper satisfaction.
I am absolutely blessed to play with my dear friends in Da Comrade! I used to play bass and sing for Saudi Arabia.
Sometimes you can call me On The Water. I just might be joined by Anne West on Cello. Stephen Landis on Vio-lion, Robin Carine on Guitar, Barrett Lindgren on Banjo, Dan Martino on Accordion. We'll all be singing.
Brotherly Love,
Fletcher VanVliet.
Reviews
"Obviously influenced by somber troubadours like Elliot Smith and Connor Oberst, this young locally based singer/songwriter has a little touch of that ineffable something that big fancy record labels like to milk, corrupt and hang high and dry. But this one's relatively untainted so far..."
